The Audio Personalization is a TTS (Text-to-speech) service that uses deep learning technology to synthesize the voices of BTS members.

* User Guide

- Step 1: Purchase the Audio Personalization coupon from Weverse Shop.

- Step 2: After installing the MotiPen Manager on your PC, please sign up or sign in.

- Step 3: Change your name into Korean and apply for the Audio Personalization service in the Motipen Manager.

- Step 4: Connect your MotiPen with the MotiPen Manager on your PC and download the audio file once you have received the email notification that the personalization is complete.

- Additional Information

※ The MotiPen Manager is a PC-based program.

Minimum installation standards

OS : Window 7 SP1 (64 bit) / Mac Mojave (10.14)

※ Please note that your personalization request may be declined if your original name is inaccurately translated to Korean or needs some correction to make the pronunciation similar to your native language.

* Important Information

- This coupon can be used only with the MotiPen that comes with <Learn! KOREAN with TinyTAN> and in the MotiPen (for Learn! KOREAN Series) that is sold separately.

- This coupon can be used in <Learn! KOREAN with TinyTAN> and <Learn! KOREAN with BTS> textbooks.

- Audio Personalization is applied only to some audio files in the Learn! KOREAN Series textbooks.

- One coupon may be used for Audio Personalization of one BTS member.

- If you want Audio Personalization of more than two BTS members, please purchase the corresponding number of coupons.

- You can download the purchased audio file unlimited times for 30 days from the moment you receive the email that your Audio Personalization service has been completed.

- After 30 days, you can keep the last audio file you've downloaded (updated) permanently in your MotiPen.

- You may only purchase one coupon at a time. If you wish to buy more than one coupon, please go through the payment process for each coupon you wish to purchase.

- You cannot request a cancellation or refund once you have applied for the Audio Personalization service.

- If you have not applied for the Audio Personalization service, a refund is still eligible only when the request is made within 7 days (GMT 00:00) after the purchase.

- If you delete your Weverse Shop account without using the coupon, the MotiPen Manager will remove the coupon from its system. If you wish to delete your account, please do so after requesting a cancellation or a refund of the unused coupon first within 7 days (GMT 00:00) after the purchase.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, or Kakao Pay.

- When using Toss or Kakao Pay, you can charge them first and use the deposit without having to use your credit card.

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar (USD) and the Japanese Yen (JPY), please note that you can pay with international credit cards and Alipay via PayPal and Eximbay.
