- Exchange/refund of your purchases due to defective special gifts is not available.
- If you request an exchange of your purchases that came with special gifts, you must return the product only (excluding the special gifts). When exchanging your purchases, the special gifts will not be provided again.
- If you request a refund of your purchases that came with special gifts, you must return both the product and the special gifts. If the special gifts are not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
