※ Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

Please Note

- Weverse members will be able to purchase the albums on Weverse Shop when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the concert venue and pick them up at the venue.

- Please note that albums may sell out early.

- Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

- The products may be available to purchase online afterwards. Please note that special gifts may vary.

- Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days.

- Customers can request a(n) exchange/return within 7 days of receiving the product.(In the case of a simple change of mind, only returns are possible and exchanges will not be allowed.)

- During the booth operation period, exchanges can only be made at the booth. Please bring the product and order details with you.

- After the pickup booth operation period, customers can request a(n) exchange/return through the My Orders page or by going to Weverse Help → [Contact us].

- If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose a version.)

- In case the product is different from its advertisement or the stipulations outlined in its contract, including defects, the customer may contact us through Weverse Help → [Contact us] to withdraw the purchase order within 3 months of receiving the product and within 30 days from the date the customer discovers or could have discovered such fact.

- Defective photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

- Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

- For any other questions regarding on-site pickup, please find a staff member at the venue.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, Apple Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
