[Raffle Eligibility]
- All customers who purchased at least one copy of [EVENT] MARK The 1st Album [The Firstfruit] (Square flap Ver.) on Weverse Global during the event period and entered the raffle.
* Products other than [EVENT] are not eligible for this event raffle.

- The special gift is not a product for sale but a gift for those who enter/win the LISTENING SESSION raffle.
- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.
- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[How to Enter the Raffle]
※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after your submission. Please make sure your information (date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
You can enter the raffle on Weverse.
Buy the product on Weverse Global and enter the raffle event with the same ID you used to purchase the product. You need to provide the following personal information in order to enter the raffle.
- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)
- Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD format)
- Valid mobile phone number
※ All album sales on Weverse Global will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).
※ You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse in order to participate in the raffle event.
※ Please note that the number of albums you ordered on Weverse Global (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.
※ If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate.
(For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)

※ Products exclusive to this event raffle cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.
※ You can cancel and request a refund for products purchased to enter the event raffle until the winners are announced, even if the raffle period has ended. In such cases, your raffle entries will be canceled even if you have won.
1. You must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have an account on Weverse, please sign up for Weverse and join NCT 127 Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums.
2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap Enter Raffle on the announcement posted on Weverse, in which you are logged in with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.
3. The raffle is processed based on the time of raffle entry and the time of payment for the album.
4. The winner announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the raffle.
5. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)
6. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Global will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number).
* Raffle winners will be required to provide additional personal information for the raffle and their participation in the event.

7. Only the raffle winner is permitted to participate in the event.
8. The raffle winnings cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission.
9. The raffle winners must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person.
10. According to the Weverse Company policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before April 7, 2011). Minors under the age (born on or after April 8, 2011) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, Application Receipt for Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), Application Receipt for South Korean Youth Card, mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)
* Other IDs (e.g. student ID, photocopies, photos, certified copies, employee ID cards, National Health Insurance certificates, civil servant ID cards, etc.) are not allowed.
* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.
* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.
* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.
* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.
* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.
* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

1. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time.
2. The entry ticket cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.
3. Admission and leaving may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff.
4. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food (except for bottled water). Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers. Please be aware that prohibited items will be confiscated, and you may be asked to leave the venue if found.
5. You won’t be able to deliver letters, gifts, flowers, etc. to the artist in the event.
6. This event is being held before the official music release. Staff may request you sign a confidentiality agreement on-site regarding the prohibition of photography and recording. Non-compliance will lead to limitations on your participation in the event.
- All copyright infringements, including but not limited to taking photos and videos, voice recording, audio and video live-streaming, are strictly prohibited. If you are found committing the violations above, you may be asked to leave the venue.
- You cannot bring any electronic devices that can record audio and/or video, including your mobile phone. Please note that all devices will be collected at the entrance and returned after the event ends. Non-compliance will lead to limitations on your participation in the event. If you are found possessing or using any of the mentioned devices, including your mobile phone, the staff will proceed to destroy your data and you will be escorted off the premises.
- Bringing professional photography equipment (such as DSLRs, digital cameras, camcorders, etc.) may hinder your entry to this event. Please avoid bringing them for the event's smooth operation.
7. All seats will be assigned for each of you. The seats will be randomly designated during the ID verification process.
※ For customers who enter and win the raffle on Weverse, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. The QR code can be found by going to Weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.
