You can try out Weverse by Fans at the 2023 Weverse Con Festival venue by using the Weverse Queues service.

What's "Weverse by Fans"?

Weverse by Fans is a service that allows you to customize your own merch using special photos, logos, and handwriting of your favorite artists, available only on Weverse Shop.

[Photocard booth] How to try out Weverse by Fans

① Go to Weverse Queues and join the queue for Weverse by Fans - Photocard booth.

② When you get a calling message, show your Weverse Queues screen and enter the booth.

③ At the entrance, scan the QR code for photocard production and start customizing your own photocard.

④ When customizing is complete, you will get an authentication code. Enter the code in the kiosk to get your photocard printed.

※ You need to request the production of a photocard using a QR code to be able to print the photocard via the kiosk.

※ The images for photocards will be open later.

[Pin badge booth] How to try out Weverse by Fans

① Go to Weverse Queues and join the queue for Weverse by Fans - Pin badge booth.

② When you get a calling message, show your Weverse Queues screen and enter the booth.

③ Choose a photo you want for the pin badge and see how the badge is made.

④ Pick up the customized pin badge.

Please Note (about products)

□ The printed color may appear slightly different depending on the printing method or the material. The color also may appear different depending on the device’s monitor setting.

□ Due to the nature of the production method, there may be small dots, dust, or scratches on the surface. Please note that the print may deviate from the printing section within a 2-mm margin.

□ If the customized design features a linear layout close to the cutting area, the graphic may seem not level and part of it may be cut out.

Please Note (for purchasing)

□ You can purchase the products without having to watch a performance.

□ You can experience the service by joining the queue using the Weverse Queues service when you are within a 3-km radius of the 2023 Weverse Con Festival venue.

□ All custom products are manufactured individually. Please note that the production time may take longer than expected depending on the product you ordered.

□ Please make your way to the pickup zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ A return will not be accepted if part of the product is lost due to the customer’s negligence.

□ Due to the nature of customized products, an exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available.

□ If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the booth during operation hours. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

□ An exchange will not be available if the product is sold out.

□ The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.
