- If your shipping information is not submitted on time, the event result may be nullified.

- If you cancel your order after the event winner announcement, the event result may be nullified.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of raffle winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
