- Please double-check that your shipping information (name, contact information, shipping address, etc.) is correct and error-free before you submit it. Your shipping information cannot be changed after submission. If the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery or refuses to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- To participate in this event, you must reside in a country/region where participation in such events is legally permitted. Residents of countries/regions where participation is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States and its territories, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, are NOT eligible to enter this event raffle. Any raffle entries submitted from these locations will be considered null and void, and event prizes also cannot be shipped to ineligible countries/regions.

- If your shipping information is not submitted on time, the event result may be nullified.

- If the country/region where the prize is received does not match the country/region where the product was purchased, the event result may be nullified.

- If you cancel your order after the event winner announcement, the event result may be nullified.

- Each winner will receive 1 event prize (randomly selected out of 14) autographed by JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, and NI-KI. It cannot be exchanged for another member’s autographed event prize.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of raffle winners and cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
