<BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION NOTICE>

REGISTRATION PERIOD: Open registration

MEMBERSHIP TERM: 1 year from date of registration (Please check registration guide below)

MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION: BTS fans who have registered on Weverse and Weply with the same ID (email)

REGISTRATION FEE: 33,000 KRW / 30 USD (VAT included, shipping fee not included)

HOW TO APPLY: Register by purchasing a membership on the ‘BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION’ page on the Weply app.


Additional information

1. Wemembers can only purchase 1 membership per ID.

– What are Wemembers?

Wemembers are any registered Weverse or Weply members

2. In order for you to receive your ARMY Membership benefits, your BTS Weverse ID must exactly match the Weply ID that you used to purchase your ARMY Membership.

3. For benefits exclusive to the individual such as concert ticket raffles, early reservation and TV broadcast audience participation, only one application may be submitted by each individual. Any benefits are subject to cancellation should it be determined that one person has submitted multiple applications. Repeated attempts to apply multiple times may result in a temporary or permanent limitation of membership benefits. 

4. The name you enter for your ARMY Membership and your name on a valid ID card must match in order for you to receive ARMY Membership benefits. Be sure to enter the name on your valid ID when you register for membership.

※ What are the forms of valid identification?

Domestic (Korean nationals): National ID card, driver’s license, passport, child ID card (available at local government offices)

International (Non-Korean): Passport, Alien Registration Card

※ The name that you enter when purchasing an ARMY Membership cannot be changed later. Please ensure that the correct name is entered at the time of purchase.

5. ARMY Membership benefits are only made available to ARMY Membership holders and cannot be sold or transferred to other parties. Membership will be terminated if such transfers are discovered. (Benefits cannot be transferred to family members, relatives or friends)

6. ARMY Membership benefits can be accessed with mobile or physical Membership Cards.

7. You may receive a renewal benefit if you renew within 2 months before the expiration date and/or 1 month after the expiration date. (Please check for future updates for information regarding renewal)

8. A refund of your membership will be granted within 7 days after registration, should you decide to cancel your membership.

However, a refund will not be granted if any membership benefits have been received, such as:

※ Membership Kit has been shipped

※ Membership Only content has been accessed on Weverse

※ Member has made ticket reservations, entered the ticket raffle or otherwise participated in Membership benefit events

9. The ARMY Membership Card and Membership Kit will be shipped the quarter following the application for membership in order (i.e. for a Membership purchased in the third quarter of a year, the Card and Kit will be shipped in the fourth quarter)

* Please Note about the Shipping

Please make sure that the address and the name of the recipient are entered in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols like é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please enter them with the symbols removed.

Please be aware that shipments may be delayed or lost due to a wrong address entered while making the orders. In the case of products of a limited number, we do not manufacture additional products or ship them again, even if the shipments were lost in transit. It is crucial that you double-check your address entered while making the orders.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay or Payco (Only in South Korea).

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar, please note that PayPal and Eximbay are the only payment method available.
