- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- The membership kit is optional and you can purchase it on a separate page when it becomes available for purchase (until sold out).
- The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
