* Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner's identity verification.

* If you arrive at the venue after the ID verification ends, you may not be allowed admission.

※ Please note that this event includes some limited-view seats. Unaffected seats will be allocated first during the check-in process at the venue to minimize any inconvenience.

* The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way before/during the event is strictly prohibited.

[Please Note (Transportation)]

1. Please use public transportation as the traffic is heavy and there are a limited number of parking spots available in the vicinity of the event site.

2. You may use the underground parking at the 80th Anniversary Memorial Hall (across from the main library and the Donghae Arts Center) and the Hanwol Hall. Please note that the availability may be limited.

※ Other parking lots may not be available at all based on the circumstances.

[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

2. International raffle winners can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passports or Residence Card (certification of alien registration).

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse Shop app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband and seat ticket.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband and seat ticket to re-enter the venue.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ This event is subject to changes and cancellations.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before May 4, 2010). Minors under the age (born on or after May 5, 2010) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the wristband and ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are allowed to take photos and videos when you are sitting in your seat at the venue. You are not allowed to leave your seat to take photos or videos.

6. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way before/during the event is strictly prohibited. If you fail to observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.

7. If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

8. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe.

9. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

10. Please note that the event may include dynamic lighting effects, including flashing lasers. Customers who are sensitive to light may have to take necessary precautions. If you experience any discomfort or unusual reactions, please seek assistance from staff nearby.

11. Please avoid using flashes or excessively bright LED devices within the hall, as these may cause discomfort to other fans. If you do not follow the guidelines, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

12. The event may be recorded in videos by PLEDIS Entertainment Co., Ltd. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

13. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.
