<VOD Payment and Refund Guide>

① You cannot cancel your purchase after watching the paid content.

② VOD purchases made on Weverse Global can be refunded or canceled within seven days if you haven't watched them. If you want to cancel your VOD purchases, please contact the platform where you made the purchase.

③ VOD purchases made on Weverse Japan CANNOT be refunded or canceled.

① To ensure that the content plays smoothly on your device, please play the preview as a test before purchasing the content.

② Additional data charges may apply if you are on the mobile data network.

③ Unauthorized or illegal distribution of paid content, which is available exclusively to those who paid for the subscription, is punishable by law.

④ When you simultaneously play the paid content on PC and mobile, only one PC or mobile device can play the content.

⑤ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

① You need a Weverse Shop account to apply for a VOD special gift.

② You can apply for the special gift once per account.

③ The special gifts will be available only for customers who purchase <NANA bnb with SEVENTEEN> VOD during the pre-order period on the Weverse Shop website, and pay the shipping fee for the special gifts on the same Weverse Shop website.

④ If you apply for the special gift, you will not be able to cancel your order for <NANA bnb with SEVENTEEN> VOD.

⑤ Please note that you cannot cancel your special gift application once the order status has changed to Shipping Soon.

⑥ You'll be able to cancel your special gift application by Mon, June 2, 2025, 11:29:59 PM (KST) and you'll be able to cancel your order for the VOD only when you cancel your special gift application first.
