We would like to provide some information regarding shipping to CARAT who purchased a SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT.

The CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT Ver1 that was sold until August is currently being shipped in order of purchase. However, additional products had to be manufactured due to a sudden increase in the number of orders in August, which led to delays in shipping.

We sincerely apologize to all CARAT who have been patiently waiting for your kits.

We will do our very best to make sure the CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT Ver1 is shipped to you as fast as possible beginning from November 17.

We would also like to inform you that CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT Ver2 will be shipped from early December.
