[Entry Period and Method]

Purchase one or more LE SSERAFIM 2nd Studio Album “‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1” merchandise or LE SSERAFIM Brand merchandise from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN) within the purchase period listed below. Ten winners will be randomly selected from customers who enter within the entry period. Winners will receive one autographed album.

- Winner notification and shipping address confirmation will be sent out to the winners’ email addresses as registered on their Weverse accounts at a later date.

- Number of Winners: Ten, selected randomly through a raffle

[Important Information]

- You will be entered into the event as many times as the total number of products you purchase from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN) during the event period, not by the number of orders you place. (E.g., if you purchase two products today and two more tomorrow, that will be counted as four; you only need to apply once during the entry period.)

- The time of your purchase will be counted as the time of your event entry.

- After logging into Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase your merchandise, click on the “Enter Event” button to access the event application page.

- This event is only open to residents of countries where such promotions are permitted by local law. Residents of the United States and its territories, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Mainland China, and any other jurisdictions where this event is restricted or prohibited are ineligible to participate. Entries from ineligible regions will be void, and prizes cannot be shipped to these locations.

- Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of event participants, and one person cannot win twice.

- If you purchase a product during the event period and enter the event, then cancel your order, you will no longer be eligible.

- An email outlining the steps to follow after winning and requesting consent to the

additional collection and use of personal information will be sent to the winners’ Weverse accounts; please make sure your email address is still valid. We will not compensate for any disadvantages incurred due to failure to receive the email for personal reasons.

- An email stating the period during which one must consent to the additional

collection and use of personal information for the prize shipment will be sent to the

winner’s Weverse account email. If you do not respond before the deadline, your win will be forfeited, and the prize will not be shipped.

- The personal information collected for the prize shipment cannot be modified. Please make sure that you enter all information (name, phone number, desired shipping address, etc.) correctly before submitting it. Any disadvantages incurred due to providing incorrect information will not be compensated.

- The country and region where you will receive the prize should be the same as the country and region where you will receive the merchandise you purchased.

- The prize will be shipped out separately from your order. The products you purchased will be shipped in line with the delivery date. As for the prize, winners will receive a separate notice regarding the shipping schedule after the winner announcement.

- The prize cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- Only 10 items will be prepared to fit the number of winners; exchanges due to defects will not be available.

- If you have won and would like to exchange the merchandise you purchased, please return the merchandise only without the prize. However, you must return both the merchandise and the prize if you would like a refund; you will not be able to receive the refund if the prize has not been returned.
