The event winners will receive a separate winner announcement email including a survey.

Please submit a shipping address via survey by Wed. July 26, 2023 (KST). The event prize shipping will start on Fri. July 28, 2023 (KST). If you fail to submit a shipping address, your event prize will be forfeited.

- The autographed event prizes may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- Additional shipping of the autographed event prizes will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances at the address you entered when purchasing, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery.

- The shipping schedule for the event prizes may change under unexpected circumstances.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the autographed event prize to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all TREASURE events in the future.

- 1 winner will receive 1 autographed event prize, personally signed by the artist (1 member).

- If you cancel, refund, or return your order after the event winners are announced, you may be excluded from the event and your event prize may be revoked.

- The event prizes cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners, and therefore we are unable to exchange the event prizes even if they have defects.

- If you are an event winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, you must send both the product and the event prize if you are requesting a refund. If the event prize is not sent, your refund will not be granted.

- The event prize will be delivered via Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
