As the social distancing guideline is amended in accordance with transition to the gradual recovery of daily life with COVID-19, Vaccination Proof and PCR Negative Confirmation System’ is mandatory for everyone who wants to participate in the event.

Therefore, in order to participate in the event on the day, ‘verification of the certificate of completion of vaccination or PCR negative confirmation of non-vaccinated people’ will be carried out. If this is not confirmed, you will not be able to enter, and we appreciate your cooperation.

- Certificate of completion of vaccination (14 days passed after completion of second vaccination)

- PCR negative confirmation of those who have not been vaccinated (within 3 days (72 hours) after receiving the PCR negative result)

* Both the Korean and foreign winners can participate in the offline pop-up tour event only after the PCR negative result within 72 hours (3 days) of the event day or 14 days after the second vaccination is confirmed.

[Entrance Confirmation Procedure]

■ Winners who have passed 14 days after completion of vaccination

→ QR check-in + confirmation of vaccination completion

※ The process will be faster if you link the vacinnation status in the coov app to Naver or KakaoTalk QR check-in.

※ How to issue a certificate of vaccination completion

1) Issuance of mobile electronic certificate: Coov App by Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency / Kakao Electronic Certificate / Naver Electronic Certificate

2) Online certificate: Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency / Government 24 website

3) Visiting the vaccination institution and issue a certificate

■ Winners who can confirm PCR negative among those who are not vaccinated

→ QR check-in + checking PCR test negative confirmation text or voice confirmation within 72 hours of the day of offline pop-up tour.

→ PCR test date: 2/17 offline pop-up tour event winners must be tested after 2/14

※ Winners under the age of 18 who have not been vaccinated and those who have not been vaccinated for unavoidable reasons, please take a PCR test and get negative confirmation.

[Information on event procedure]

- Confirmation of winners 10 minutes before the event starts.

- You can enter after QR check-in, temperature check, use of hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask.

- Taking a picture and recording are restricted in this event. If caught, the memory card will be taken away or deleted, and then you will be sent off. (Please leave your personal belongings in a separate storage area before participating in the event, except for a mobile phone required for some programs. Smart watches, recorders, and cameras are not allowed.)

- To prevent the spread of COVID-19, participants in each session will be divided into two groups of 5 people and enter sequentially. The tour is conducted under the guidance of the staff for the set time on each floor.

- During the viewing, there is a program where each winner can take a one-on-one Polaroid photo shoot with one member. When registering for admission after confirming the winners, a random lottery will be held to select a member.

(Taking pictures and videos are not allowed during this event except for this program.)

- One autographed poster will be provided to the winners during the event.

(There is no program scheduled for getting autographs other than this.)

- In the pop-up space, there are some programs where you can participate with the mobile phone number of the domestic mobile carriers. Mobile phone numbers of overseas carriers are not allowed for participation, and prior consent to the privacy policy, including mobile phone numbers, will be sought when registering for admission. Even if consent is refused, viewing is possible, but some services may be restricted.

- We plan to shoot videos and photos for YG's own content production inside/outside the pop-up, and the winners can get a request for an interview. Filmed footage can be released through YG Entertainment's official channels, media, and social media. Please understand this.

[Notice for the event process]

- This event does not accept any gifts, wreaths, or fan letters for artists.

- Temperature will be checked upon entry, and entry will be restricted if the body temperature is not normal (less than 37.5 degree).

- Please be sure to wear a KF94 mask in the pop-up area, and please continue to wear it from the moment you enter. (If you wear a regular mask, you may be asked to leave).

- If you do not wear a mask, you will not be able to enter, and if you take off your mask during the event, you will be sent off immediately. Please be sure to wear a mask throughout the event.

- Please bring your ID card as there will be an ID check to verify your identity before entering. (If the name on your ID card and the name you used for application are different when verifying your identity, you will not be allowed to enter.)

* The ID cards that can be used to confirm the winner are as follows, so please check them in advance.

- Korean minors: Elementary, middle and high school student ID, passport, ID photo and nationally recognized certificate with date of birth on it

- Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport

- All foreigners: passport, residence card

- Except for Korean minors, all customers cannot use their 'student ID (including university student ID)' for identification.

* For identification, only a physical ID card that can confirm a photo and date of birth are allowed. Photos of ID cards cannot be used.

- For pleasant and safe operation, we ask for your cooperation in the control of on-site staff, and sanctions may be imposed on site if you interfere with the viewing of other visitors.

- Please refrain from making unreasonable demands to the artists during the event.

- Direct contact with the artist is not allowed.

- Handing over the event ticket to others is definitely not allowed. (If caught, you may be sent off.)

- If you use someone else's name to participate in the event and get caught, you will be sent off.

- Shooting and recording are restricted during the event. If caught, memory card will be taken away and deleted, and then you will be sent off.

- Parking space is not available, so please use public transportation if possible.

- Suitcases are not allowed in the exhibition hall, so please keep them at the reception desk.

- The entire facilities, including the pop-up area, is designated as a non-smoking area.

- Please be aware of the notice as we are not responsible for any situation caused by ignorance of the notice.
