[Raffle Eligibility]
- Customers who purchased at least one copy of [VIDEO CALL FANSIGN] Hebi 1st Album [Chroma] on Weverse Global during the event period and entered the raffle.
※ Products other than [VIDEO CALL FANSIGN] Hebi 1st Album [Chroma] are not eligible for this event.

※ The information of the raffle participant and the raffle winner must match (the information of the raffle participant cannot be changed after submission), and the raffle winnings cannot be transferred to another person.
※ The raffle winners will receive the opportunity to participate in the offline fansign event.
[How to enter the raffle]
※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after submission. Please make sure your information (Discord ID, date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and error-free. Weverse is not responsible for any damages caused by the submission of incorrect information.
You can enter the raffle on Weverse.
To enter the raffle event, purchase the product on Weverse Shop and participate in the raffle on Weverse using the same ID you used for the purchase. You need to provide the following personal information in order to enter the raffle.
- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)
- Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD)
- Discord ID (Username)
- Valid mobile phone number
※ You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse to participate in the raffle event.
※ Please note that the total number of albums you ordered on Weverse Global (not the total number of individual orders placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to allow you to enter the raffle corresponding to the number of albums purchased. For album sets, the total number of albums in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.
※ If you cancel any purchases of Weverse Shop products including the product for raffle participation, it will be automatically canceled. If you wish to participate in the event again, please re-purchase the eligible products and re-apply.
(For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)
※ All album sales on Weverse Shop will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

※ Products exclusive to this event raffle cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.
※ Cancellation and refund of products exclusively for this event is possible before the winner announcement at the end of the entry period. However, if you request cancellation or refund, your raffle entries for the event may be invalidated.
1. You must be logged in to Weverse with the Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join Hebi Weverse using the same account you used to purchase the album.
2. After logging into Hebi Weverse with the same Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album, you can go to the raffle page by clicking the Enter Raffle button in the notice.
3. The raffle will be processed based on the time of album purchase and raffle entry within the event period.
4. The winner announcement and the event participation will be processed based on the required information you provided.
5. For those with nationalities other than South Korea, the English name used to participate in the event must be the same as the English name on your ID. Please note that the name used for raffle entry must match the name on your ID or passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)
6. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Global will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, contact information, and Discord ID).
* The winners will be required to provide additional personal information as follows:
: Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and Discord ID
: Purpose of collecting personal information: Identity verification and event operation of Hebi 1st Album [Chroma] Pre-order Customers Video Call Fansign Event
: Personal information provided to: 3Y CORPORATION Co., Ltd. and PRISMFILTER Co., Ltd.
: Duration of keeping and using personal information: 90 days for the participants, and 1 year for the winners after the event ends
7. Only the raffle winner may participate in the event.
8. The raffle winning cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.)
9. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person.
10. In accordance with Weverse Company's policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, this event is open to those aged 14 or older (born before May 10, 2011). Those born after May 11, 2011, are not permitted to enter even when accompanied by a guardian.
[Shipping Notice]
1. Albums purchased during the raffle period will be shipped in sequence after the raffle entry period ends, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event.
2. One of the albums you purchased will be autographed for the fansign event, and the autograph will be on a designated page within the album. By entering the raffle, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph.
3. Autographed albums for winners will be shipped after the video call fansign event.If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g. incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons, Weverse may issue a refund at its discretion.
4. The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).
[Winner Guidelines]
1. The video call fansign event will be conducted via the Discord app. Event instructions will be sent via Discord message before the video call begins.
2. Before the video call with the artist, your identity will be verified by staff. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance.
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)
* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.
* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app before the event begins.
* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.
* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.
* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.
* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.
* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.
3. If your video call is not connected after two attempts, the next winner will proceed, and one final attempt will be made after their turn. If you are unavailable again, it will be considered a no-show and no further attempts will be made.
4. Event staff will monitor and record the video call to protect the artist. If the call is deemed inappropriate, it will be terminated immediately.
5. Only the raffle winner (1 person per call) may participate. If someone other than the winner appears on screen or is heard, the call may be terminated.
6. Please end the video call once all conversations with the artist the given time are over. If not, the staff may end the call.
