[Raffle Eligibility]

- All customers who purchased at least one copy of [VIDEO CALL EVENT] The 1st Mini Album [FOCUS] (Photobook ver.) on Weverse Global during the raffle period and entered the raffle.

※ Products other than [VIDEO CALL EVENT] are not eligible for this event.

[Raffle Period]

- Wed, October 1, 2025, 6:00 PM - Fri, October 3, 2025, 5:59 PM (KST)

[Winner Announcement]

- The winners will be announced in a notice after Mon, October 3, 2025, 8:00 PM (KST). Customers can also go to the Event Entries page and check their results.

[Raffle Winners]

- 30 winners per member (Total 240 winners)

※ The information of the raffle participant and the raffle winner must match (the information of the raffle participant cannot be changed after submission), and the raffle winnings cannot be transferred to another person.

※ The raffle winners will receive the opportunity to participate in the video call event.

[Special Gift Details🎁]

- All customers who entered the raffle will get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 8 versions) featuring the event day outfit per purchased album.

* The products and special gifts will be shipped together when shipping begins.

※ Special Gift Exchange/Refund Guideline

- Special gifts are not a product for sale, but a gift for those who enter the event raffle.

- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[How to Enter the Raffle]

※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after submission. Please make sure your information (name, date of birth, KakaoTalk ID, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and error-free. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the submission of incorrect information.

* You can enter the raffle on the Weverse event page.

* You must be logged in to Weverse with the Weverse account used to purchase the album and access the [Enter Raffle] button in the notice to go to the event page.

* If you haven’t joined Hearts2Hearts Weverse yet, join Hearts2Hearts Weverse using the same account you used to purchase the album.

* You need to provide the following personal information in order to enter the event raffle on the Weverse event page.

- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)

- Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD)

- KakaoTalk ID

- Valid mobile phone number

※ Your raffle entries are based on the number of eligible products you buy from Weverse Global during the event period, not the number of separate orders you place. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.

※ If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate. If you cancel a part of your order, your raffle entries will be calculated based on the number of eligible products that remain in your order. (For example, if you place two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)

※ All album sales on Weverse Global will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

※ Products exclusive to this event raffle cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.

※ Cancellations and refunds of products exclusively for this event are possible before the winner announcement at the end of the entry period. However, if you request a cancellation or refund, your raffle entries for the event may be invalidated.

1. The raffle will be processed based on the time of album purchase and raffle entry within the event period.

2. The winner announcement and the event participation will be processed based on the required information you provided.

3. For those with nationalities other than South Korea, the English name used to participate in the event must be the same as the English name on your ID. Please note that the name used for the raffle entry must match the name on your ID or passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

4. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Global will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, KakaoTalk ID, email, and contact information).

* The winners will be required to provide additional personal information as follows:

: Types of collected personal information: Email (Weverse ID), name (last and first name), mobile phone number, date of birth, and KakaoTalk ID

: Purpose of collecting personal information: Identity verification and event operation of Hearts2Hearts The 1st Mini Album [FOCUS] VIDEO CALL EVENT

: Personal information collected by: Weverse Company Inc.

: Duration of keeping and using personal information: Discarded 6 months after the event ends for the participants and 1 year after the event ends for the winners

5. Only the raffle winner may participate in the event.

6. The raffle cannot be participated in by someone else, and the raffle winnings cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.)

7. If you apply for the event through an application agency site other than Weverse Shop, it will be considered as selling/buying the winning ticket and your winnings may be cancelled. Please be especially careful, as Weverse Shop is not responsible for any losses, such as cancellation of winnings or financial fraud, that may occur from using application agency sites.

8. Should you purchase the event album to gain financial benefit via applying for someone else or by transferring/selling winning tickets, Weverse Shop may take action against the purchaser for violating Weverse's terms and conditions, including order cancellation or usage restrictions. Be aware that if the above commercial activity is considered a violation of relevant laws and regulations, additional legal action may be taken.

9. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person.

10. According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, you must be 14 years old or older on the day of the raffle entry to participate in the raffle. Those under 14 on the raffle entry date are not permitted to participate, even when accompanied by a guardian.

(For example, to enter the raffle on October 1, 2025, you must be born before October 2, 2011.)

[Autographed Albums]

1. Albums purchased during the raffle period will be shipped, excluding one album needed to participate in the event. By entering the raffle, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph.

2. The album to receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the event venue. The autographed album will be shipped to you after you have received the autograph. (You cannot choose which version gets autographed.)

* If the raffle winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g., incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed album is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

[Video Call Details]

※ The video call event will be conducted via the KakaoTalk app. Event instructions will be sent via KakaoTalk message before the video call begins. Video call connections may not be possible under the following conditions. Please note that we do not compensate for any resulting inconvenience.

- If you provide incorrect information, including your KakaoTalk ID and contact details, when entering the raffle.

- If “Make My ID Searchable” is OFF in KakaoTalk → More → Gear icon on the top right → Manage → KakaoTalk ID

- If “Allow others to add me” is OFF in KakaoTalk → More → Gear icon on the top right → Friends

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Winner Guidelines]

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order written on the event instructions sent via KakaoTalk message prior to the start of the event.

2. The video call will be held for 2 minutes (120 seconds) per person.

3. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk before the event starts. Please prepare your smart device or PC and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

4. Before the video call with the artist, your identity will be verified by staff. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match the information you entered for the raffle, your video call participation will be denied.

5. If your video call is not connected after two attempts, the next winner will proceed, and one final attempt will be made after their turn. If you are unavailable again, it will be considered a no-show, and no further attempts will be made.

[Video Call Event Etiquette]

※ Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the raffle winner, or if two or more people are on the receiver’s screen, your video call event participation will be denied, and the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call event participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

- Calling the event staff

- Closing the video call window during your video call

- Not ending the video call even after you have completed your turn

3. Foul language, profanity, insults, and other inappropriate actions are not allowed. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. Please do not make requests such as “draw me something” or “write a message for me” to the artist. Requesting the artist to autograph the album with a different message other than your name, requesting the artist to say inappropriate things or do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

5. Only the name submitted to participate in the event can be used for the autograph for this event. (Nicknames are not allowed.)

6. Event staff will monitor and record the video call to protect the artist. If the participant uses inappropriate language or inappropriate behavior such as swearing, vulgar language, sexual expressions, or artist defamation during the call, it will be terminated immediately. The recorded content will be used as follows:

- Purpose of collection and use: Operation and management of the event.

- Type of collected content: The entire video call

- Retention and use period: 7 days after the event ends, or in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

* The collected personal information will be used solely for the operation of the event, and will be promptly destroyed once the purpose is achieved.

7. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

8. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the event by recording or screen-capturing the video call. Streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.

9. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
