2. Those who purchased BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR on UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE (Japan). Limited to those who verified their purchase with QR code during the verification period. 

※If you have purchased on Weverse Shop between May 31, 16:00 to June 4, 16:00, your emblem will be given out starting from June 7. (Emblems given out on June 1 and June 4 will be given out on June 7 along with the third emblem.)

Emblems and videos/pictures can be found on 'My NX' on Weverse Shop. (You can check the videos / pictures by clicking the emblem.) 

   ・ Weverse Shop > My > My NX > Rewards

  ・ FIRST: After Jun 1, 5PM 

  ・ SECOND: After June 4, 5PM

  ・ THIRD: After June 7, 5PM

  ・ FOURTH: After June 10, 5PM

  ・ FIFTH: After June 13, 11AM

* How To Use 

- Update the Weverse Shop app to its latest for the smooth operation of the app. 

- The emblem can be found on Weverse Shop > My > My NX > Rewards.Emblems are given out on time in order, so please wait a little longer when you cannot find the emblem immediately. 

- If there are multiple videos/pictures within one emblem, you can go to emblem Tab> list page to overview the thumbnail images of videos/pictures. You can view them or download them.

- Please check the size of the video file on the thumbnail page before downloading. Download&play the video on Wi-Fi. (You may be charged additional data fee if you use the service when connected to 3G/LTE/5G.)

- The video may not run smoothly based on the network environment. If it is difficult to stream, download the video to watch it. 

-With the Android OS, you can check your download status on notice, and the downloaded videos/pictures are saved in Gallery > WeverseShop album. 

-With iOS, you can check your download status with a percentage(%) sign on the download button. Downloaded videos/pictures are saved in the Photo app. (Access to photos needs to be approved.) 

-Press the download button once. If you press the button multiple times, it may be downloaded multiple times. 

- When you cannot hear the sound, please unlock the silence mode and adjust the volume. 

- When a certain language is written on the thumbnail image, the video is provided with the subtitles. Use it as you need. (Some videos with subtitles may have lower definition. You can check the definition with the size of the file.)

- Emblems are given to customers who purchased  < BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR : Celebration of The 8th Anniversary > during the event period and who do not cancel / refund the merch. If you cancel / or make a refund after receiving the emblem, the emblem may be withdrawn.

- There may be minute differences in the actual size of the video from the written size on the thumbnail.  

- If the address is wrong, you may not receive the emblem. 

- Distributing pictures/video content (on social media, etc) is strictly prohibited. It is infringement of copyright and iIf found, it is punishable by law.
