Please refer to the following schedule when placing an order.

- Affected orders: Orders with a shipping address in China.

- Orders that are fully paid by Tue, January 14, 2025, 11:00 AM (KST), are likely to be delivered during the Spring Festival Holiday

- Orders that are fully paid after Tue, January 14, 2025, 11:00 AM (KST) will start shipping once the Spring Festival Holiday ends on Mon, February 10, 2025.

The provided schedule is based on the information provided by the shipping companies and may take longer depending on the delivery area.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so on the Weverse app → More → My Orders → Order Details → Cancel Order.

(Please note that once your order status changes to Shipping Soon or In Transit, you will not be able to cancel the order.)
