- CARAT MEMBERSHIP (or "membership") can be purchased year-round. (Membership validity: 365 days after the date of purchase)
- You can purchase an artist's every available membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN/US) using a single account.
- You can cancel your membership purchase within 7 days of payment via More (☰) → Order History → Order Details. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will be recovered.
- The online membership card image will be updated only for newly subscribed or renewed membership holders. If your previous membership is still valid, your online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN/US) for an artist, each membership renews independently based on the respective purchase date.
- CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") can be separately purchased on 'CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT' product page on Weverse Shop.
- The physical membership card may not be identical to the image of the online membership card.
- The special gifts may vary per membership and concept.
- The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been renewed and confirmed. You can check the special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community
- If you reside in Guam or Puerto Rico, please sign up for membership at SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL instead.
- You need a billing address in the United States of America to purchase a USA membership.
