- *Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Hand-wash this product in cold water separately. 2. Turn the product inside out when washing. 3. Do not soak it in water for longer than 30 minutes, and do not use bleach detergent. 4. Do not tumble-dry or heat-dry as it may damage the product. 5. Dry flat in the shade. 6. When ironing, use low heat and place a cloth over the product. 7. Avoid ironing the printed parts of the product. 8. We monitor and examine products before packing, but as products are mass-produced, we cannot guarantee that all products are ideally perfect. There may be loose thread between seams. In this case, please remove the bits of thread with scissors before wearing them. After some trimming, the product will be properly ready for wearing. 9. There may be creases based on the material of the product. Also, creases may fold when packaging. (When ironing, use low heat and place a cloth over the product. Avoid ironing the printed parts of the product.) 10. Due to the nature of washing the garment (dyed) product, dye may be transferred to other garments or to your hands by friction. This is a characteristic of the product and not a defect. For this reason, repairs, exchanges, or returns are not possible.
