<BUDDY KIT 배송 안내>

- 11월 29일 (금) 일괄 출고 예정

* 9월 2일~9월 30일 / 이벤트 기간 가입자에 한하여 일괄 출고

* 10월 1일 이후 가입자부터는 순차적 발송 예정입니다. 이 점 참고 부탁드립니다.   

* 배송 조회는 공지된 일자부터 위플리를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.

<BUDDY KIT 배송지 수정 및 상품 문의 관련 건>

- 배송지 수정 : Weply 어플 내, 주문 내역 상세 페이지에서 수정 가능

( ~ 11월 26일 (화) 23시 59분 59초 까지 / 해당 날짜 이후 수정하여 발생하는 추가 배송료에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.)

We would like to provide information on the shipping of GFRIEND Global Official Fan Club BUDDY Membership (BUDDY) related merchandise and answers for your questions.

<BUDDY KIT Shipping Notice>

- BUDDY KITs are scheduled to be shipped out from November 29, Friday.

* Prior shipment in batches for the subscribers who joined during the event period(9/2~9/30).

* Sequential shipment for the subscribers who joined after Oct.1 will be arranged.

* Your shipping can be tracked starting from the noticed date on the Weply app.

<Changing the Shipping Address>

- You may change your shipping address in Orders in my page on the Weply app.

(Please note that the changes after November 26, Tuesday, 23:59:59PM will not be accepted. / Please be informed that we are not responsible for additional shipping fee charged for not changing the address within the noticed deadline.)
