For FATE PLUS Belmont Park on-site pickup orders, please refer below for updated pickup information.

On-site pickup date & time:

Friday, May 3rd, 2024 10 AM ~ 8 PM (EDT)

On-site pickup location:

Weverse on-site pickup zone near Great Hall entrance @ UBS Arena (The Park at UBS Arena)

How to receive your order:

Check the QR code on “MY - Order History”
During on-site pickup, present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location, and pick up your order.

For a smooth pickup process, please save your order history page and QR code prior to arriving at the venue.

Please Note

Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period.
The status under MY>Order History>Product Type & Status will be changed to “Pickup Complete” for all products, including those not picked up during on-site pickup hours.
Shipping option is not available for all on-site pickup orders.
You can purchase the product regardless of whether you attend the concert or not.
For a smooth pickup process, please save your QR code and order history after making your purchase.
Please do not disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as orders are picked up on-site without identity verification.
Exchange due to product defects will only be provided on-site at the venue during the pickup period, so please check your purchased item for defects immediately upon receiving it.
Shopping bag will not be provided at the booth.
We are not responsible for the restrictions set forth by the venue’s personal item policy.
Items may be sold out quickly due to limited quantity.
