- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Wash it alone with cold water. 2. Wash for a short time. 3. Be cautious of color transfer when washing. 4.Refrain from using bleach-based detergent. Do not soak in water for more than 10 minutes. 5. Do not wring or twist. 6. Do not machine-dry. Dry flat in the shade. 7. Dry promptly. 8. When ironing, make sure to cover the product with another cloth and use a low-temperature setting to prevent damage. 9. Do dry-clean. 10. If polluted or soaked in sweats, wash it immediately. 11. Please note that bleach, contamination, and other deterioration of the product such as contraction caused by mishandling of the product cannot be the cause for indemnity. 12. You cannot be compensated for the damaged product if you do not wash the product according to the care label. 13. You may find small bits of thread attached to items, but that does not mean it is defective. All items are inspected before packaging, but as the items are mass-produced the trimming of threads may not be properly cleaned afterwards, which leaves small bits of threads on the items. Small bits of thread can be removed with sewing scissors or scissors. 14. Some items may have wrinkles that are created due to the nature of the fabric or during the packaging process. The wrinkled items are not defective. The wrinkled items can be ironed to remove them (Do not iron directly on print or decoration) (Iron at a low temperature with a cloth placed over the product. - 返品・交換受付可能期間
- 返品・交換の受付は、商品到着後7日以内に、注文詳細ページまたはサポートのお問い合わせフォームよりお手続きいただけます。（ただし、お客様都合による交換は受け付けておりません。返品のみ可能です。）
- 商品のイメージ違いや不具合など契約内容と異なる場合は、商品到着後3ヶ月以内、または、その事実を知った日または知り得た日から30日以内に、サポートのお問い合わせフォームより契約を撤回することができます。
- 返品・交換の送料
- お客様都合による返品・交換の場合、送料はお客様のご負担となります。
- 商品の不具合や誤配送などによる返品・交換の場合、送料は販売者負担となります。
- 返品・交換に関する注意事項
- 以下の場合には、返品・交換をお受けできない場合があります。
- お客様のご都合により、商品が滅失もしくは破損した場合（ただし、商品の内容確認のために、包装を開封した場合を除く）
- お客様が商品の全部または一部を使用・消費（DIGITAL CODEの登録を含む）したことによって、商品の価値が著しく低下した場合
- 時間の経過により、再販売ができなくなるほど商品の価値が著しく低下した場合
- 複製が可能な商品の包装が破損した場合（アルバム・書籍・映像出版物・フォトカード・ポストカード・ポスターなど、複製可能な商品の開封時を含む）
- 注文後に製作が開始される商品の製作が、すでに進行している場合（販売者に取り返しのつかない損害が発生する可能性もあり、購入の取消権を行使できない旨について書面で同意を得ている場合）
- 商品を構成する一部の付属品を使用または紛失したか、取り扱い上の過失による破損・故障・汚損などにより再販売が不可能となった場合、あるいは一部付属品が同梱されない状態で返送された場合

- 洗濯や商品の汚れ、香水・消臭剤などのにおい、ご使用の痕跡などによって商品の価値が著しく低下した場合

- 複製が可能な商品の包装が開封された場合
- 商品を構成する一部の付属品を使用または紛失したか、取り扱い上の過失による破損・故障・汚損などにより再販売が不可能となった場合
- 商品を構成する一部の付属品が同梱されない状態で返送された場合
- 交換は不良品の場合に限り、同一の商品及びオプションで対応いたします。それ以外の場合は、一度返品の上、再度ご注文ください。
- 交換申込後、在庫不足などの事情によりご希望の商品を用意できない場合は、交換対応はいたしかねます。その場合、当該商品のご注文はキャンセルとなり、ご注文時のお支払い方法で返金いたします。
- 消費者被害補償及び払い戻しの遅延による賠償
- お届けした商品に不具合があった場合の返品・返金・交換・アフターサービス、品質保証や被害補償などに関する事項は、消費者紛争解決基準（韓国公正取引委員会告示）に基づいて対応いたします。
- 代金の返金、及び返金遅延に伴う賠償金の支払い条件や手続きなどは、韓国の電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律に基づいて処理いたします。
