- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Wash it with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent, as synthetic detergents may damage or bleach the clothing. 2. Wash separately as color bleeding may occur. 3. Do not use chlorine-based bleaching agents. 4. Do not soak the product in water for more than 10 minutes, and do not rub or wring out the product. 5. Fluffs may occur with small friction due to the nature of the material. The degree of fluff may vary depending on humidity, temperature, and the intensity of friction. 6. Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to your mishandling, including but not limited to negligence, color loss through use of the bleach, and product deformation and shrinking through incorrect washing and drying. 7. We will not provide compensation for the damaged product if you have not followed the washing instructions on the care label. 8. The product may shrink when dried using high heat or hot air due to the nature of the fabric. Air drying is recommended. 9. Avoid excessive pulling on the ribbed parts of the product, such as the cuffs and neckband, as this may cause stretching. 10. Loose threads may occur on the product and this is not a defect. Loose threads may be present between the seams of the product. This is a normal occurrence in mass-produced items and is not considered a product defect. Before using the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended. After trimming, the product will be ready to wear. 11. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in the location and shape of labels for each product.
