- *Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Wash the garment with lukewarm water and use neutral detergent, as synthetic detergents may damage or bleach the clothing. 2. When it comes to printed-clothing, please refrain from washing in hot water. Thin fabric may be damaged due to other laundry items. 3. The color can rub off on other clothing, so wash it separately with water. 4. If polluted or soaked in sweats, wash it immediately. 5. Never use chloride based bleaching agent. 6. Do not soak it in water more than 10 minutes, and do not rub or wring out the clothing. 7. Napped clothes can easily have fuzz even with minor rub due to the nature of the fabric. Depending on humidity, temperature, and the intensity of the friction, the amount of fuzz may differ. 8. Please note that bleach, contamination, and other deterioration of the product such as contraction caused by mishandling of the product cannot be the cause for indemnity. 9. You cannot be compensated for the damaged product if you do not wash the product according to the care label. 10. The product can contract when dried with high heat or heated air due to the nature of the fabric, so please do not use mechanical drying and dry it naturally. 11. Cotton products may fade in color after washing. 12. Please note that the color can be rubbed off on bags or light-colored clothing. 13. Metallic parts may rust when washed in water. 14. Please note that RIB on wrists and the neck may get loose, so do not pull them excessively when wearing it. 15. The line on the t-shirt may be misaligned after washing due to the nature of the fabric, so it cannot be seen as a defect of the product. 16. We monitor and examine products before packing, but as products are mass-produced, we cannot guarantee that all products are ideally perfect. There may be loose thread between seams. In this case, please remove the bits of thread with scissors before wearing them. 17. There may be creases based on the material of the product. Also, creases may fold when packaging. (Linen products are especially subject to creases.) 18. Please note that denim products may contain stone dust particles due to the nature of the stone washing process. 19. Although the degree differs among products, color transfer and discoloration frequently occur with denim items. The stronger the color is, the easier the color rubs off and bleeds when washed. Please take extra care when washing denim products, and wash it separately in cold water. (We advise washing the product quickly even when using cold water.) 20. It is better not to match denim products with lighter color(especially white) clothes. 21. Due to the washing process, denim products have lint inside the pockets and linings. You may occasionally find stone dust particles which inevitably occur during the washing process, which does not amount to a reason for a return / repair. We assure you that it is a normal feature of the product, not a defect, so please wear it without any worries.
