- CARAT MEMBERSHIP(or "membership") can be purchased year-round. (Membership validity: 365 days after the date of purchase)
- You can purchase an artist's every available membership (GLOBAL/US) using a single account.
- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The online membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL/US) for an artist, their renewal periods vary depending on the respective purchase dates of each membership.
- CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") can be separately purchased on 'CARAT MEMBERSHIP KIT' product page on Weverse Shop.
- The physical membership card may not be identical to the image of the online membership card.
- The special gifts may vary per membership and concept.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided 30 days after the date of your purchase. This schedule is subject to change.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the renewal special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
- If you reside in Guam or Puerto Rico, please sign up for membership at SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL instead.
- You need a billing address in the United States of America to purchase a USA membership.
