- 1. Do not wash this product. 2. Do not iron. 3. Do not dry-clean. 4. Wipe gently with a wet cloth when contaminated. 5. We will not provide compensation for the damaged product if you have not followed the instructions on the care label. 6. Loose threads may occur on the product. Although products are inspected and packaged during the manufacturing process, since they are mass-produced, the trimming of threads on all products may not be perfect. Before using the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended. After trimming, the product will be ready to use. 7. Keep away from hot, humid places and direct sunlight. 8. Do not use it for purposes other than originally intended. 9. Keep away from fire. 10. Do not put the product in the mouth or suck on it. 11. This product is not a toy. 12. This product features a removable PVC hot water bottle inside. To prevent burns and product damage, never pour boiling water (100°C or above) directly into the hot water bottle, and do not microwave it with the stopper closed. Use warm water at an appropriate temperature (around 60-70°C or below). 13. Prolonged contact with the same area of skin may cause low-temperature burns. Always use the product with the character plush cover on. Take extra care when the product is used by infants or those with sensitive skin. 14. After filling the hot water bottle, close the stopper tightly. Turn it upside down or press it gently to make sure there are no leaks before placing it inside the plush. 15. Stepping or sitting on the plush while the hot water bottle is inside, or subjecting it to strong impact, may cause the bottle to break and hot water to leak out. 16. After use, empty out all the water, leave the stopper open to let the inside dry completely, and then store the product. Leaving it damp may cause contamination or odor inside.
