- 购买者可在收到商品后7日内，于订单记录详情或客服中心【咨询】申请换货或退货。（不可因单纯变心换货，只可退货。）

- 换货/退货费用
- 因购买者单纯变心而换货/退货时，由购买者承担运费。
- 因商品瑕疵或产品不一致、配送问题而换货/退货时，由卖家承担运费。

- 即使申请换货，若卖家无换货商品库存，则无法进行换货。这时将取消该商品订单，并以结账时选择的支付方式进行退款。
- 消费者损失赔偿及退款延迟赔偿
- 因商品瑕疵导致的换货、退货、A/S、退款、质量保证及损失赔偿等相关事项，将依据《消费者纠纷解决标准》（公平交易委员会公告）进行处理。
- 货款退款及退款延迟相关的赔偿金支付条件、流程等，将依据《电子商务消费者保护法》进行处理。
