But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may slightly be smudged.

- The event prize will be shipped to the address entered for the order that won the raffle.

- The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you used when you made the purchase. But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- The shipping schedule is subject to change based on the circumstances.

- If you are found selling or transferring the event prize, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied participation or admission for any further events of Hearts2Hearts.

- The event prize cannot be exchanged for other products.

- The event prizes are made based on the number of the raffle winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the event prize. If the event prize is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- The event prizes will be delivered via Pantos (entrusted by Weverse Company).

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
