- *Precaution - Due to the nature of the plating process, the product may have uneven black lines, which is not a defect. - Silver jewelry naturally tarnishes when exposed to the air, humidity, perspiration, and make-up products. - Take precautions in storage and maintenance to keep the glow and enjoy the jewelry longer. - Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth (such as velvet) and put it in an airtight polybag. - Restrain from wearing the jewelry in a too dry, or too humid environment. - There may be minute cracks and welding stains on the surface, which do not amount to defects. - Please note that you may break or deform the jewelry by adding too much pressure. - You can shine the tarnished silver jewelry again by cleaning it. - Please use a cleaning solution for silver jewelry. - Use polish instead of a cleaning solution when the jewelry is plated or emulsified. - If you cannot avoid cleaning the jewelry, use diluted neutral detergent in lukewarm water and remove the moisture with a soft cloth. - You can clean the jewelry with toothpaste, but it may wash away the plated/emulsified surface.
