Watching Video with Digital Code

- Digital Code is a service that allows you to watch high-definition VODs on Weverse. You can use the code on the card to watch VOD.

- MOBILE: On the Weverse mobile app, select the video you want to watch in the media menu of your artist, and scan the QR code or redeem the number code under the QR code. Enjoy your VOD.

- WEB: Redeem the number code on the card to watch the VOD on the Weverse website.

- TV APP: Redeem the Digital Code on your Weverse mobile app or Weverse website, then watch the VOD using your TV app.

- You need a Weverse Account to watch the VOD.

- You will have permanent access to the VOD with one-time authentication.

- A product's Digital Code can be used by only one account. If the Digital Code has been used by an account, that code cannot be canceled or used by another account.

- Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

Shipping Information

- We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

- Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

- Shipping is available only in the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

- Tax and delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas
