And then combine the Turning Parts (Bottom), which middle hole is not completely drilled, with the stacked Photo Card Holder. 2. Combine the other Turning Parts (Top) with top side of Frame. And assemble the Photo Card Holder with bottom side of Frame. 3. Please assemble the Turning Parts (Top & Bottom) with Frame properly.
