ENHYPEN EN-CONNECT : COMPANION Official Merchandise Sale Information

Official merchandise for the ENHYPEN EN-CONNECT : COMPANION, scheduled for November 19, 2021 at the KBS Arena, will be available for pick up.

 You can purchase EN-CONNECT : COMPANION official merchandise by either ordering in advance and picking up on-site, or purchasing on site. Please refer to the information below for details.


Weverse Shop purchase for pick-up

Weverse Shop members may purchase official merchandise through   Weverse Shop GLOBAL once they arrive within 2.5km of the EN-CONNECT : COMPANION location, then pick up your purchased products on-site   . 


- Purchase date   : 3 PM Friday, November 19 (KST) until supplies last

- Pick-up hours: 4 PM to 7 PM Friday, November 19, 2021

- Pick-up location: Arena no. 2, across from KBS Arena


Pre-purchase and pick-up information

① Arrive within a 2.5km-radius of the EN-CONNECT : COMPANION concert   e venue

② Purchase from the [Local Pick-up Only] products   from [Weverse Shop - ENHYPEN (GLOBAL) - Pick-up]

③ Check the QR code on [MY - Order History]

④ Arrive during pick-up hours and pick up your purchased products after showing your QR code to the staff on site.



Important information before purchase

- [Local Pick-up Only] products on sale through Weverse Shop are identical to official merchandise available for sale through the on-site official merchandise   booth.

- All products may sell out early.   

- Please keep the QR code provided by Weverse Shop after your purchase secure and private, since it will be scanned for on-site pick-up without having additional identity verification.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- Purchase limits: two per item without option per person;    one per item with option per person.      

(For example: for image pickets, you can purchase up to 8, one for each option) 

- Exchange due to product defect can only be done on-site at the venue until   supplies last. Please check your product carefully after you receive it.

- Please have your receipt ready when exchanging a product for defects. If the product has been sold out, you will receive a full refund.

- Please note that separate shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.


Important store information

- To enter Arena no. 2, all guests must go through   QR code sign-in and fill out a health questionnaire.

- Please select one of the following for your “Purpose of Visit” when filling out the health questionnaire:

- If you have a ticket and will both undergo ticket identity verification and official merchandise purchase, select “View Show”(“공연 관람”)

- If you do not have a ticket and wish to only purchase official merchandise, select “Visit”(“방문”) then enter “Purchase MD” for the visit location

- If you have a ticket and will only undergo ticket identity verification, select “View Show”(“공연 관람”)

- Masks are mandatory after entering the venue   , and your entry may be restricted if you are not wearing a mask.

- In compliance with government distancing regulations, customers will be required to maintain 1-meter spacing. Please cooperate with staff instructions to maintain safety.
