- You can purchase every available membership of an artist on Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA) using a single Weverse Shop account.
- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The digital membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the digital membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have a membership for one artist from more than one Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA), the renewal period of each membership varies depending on the respective purchase date of each membership.
- ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") can be separately purchased on 'ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT' product page on Weverse Shop.
- The membership kit is optional and you can purchase it on a separate page when it becomes available for purchase (until sold out).
- The physical membership card may not be identical to the image of the digital membership card.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the renewal special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
- The special gifts for membership renewal may vary per Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA) and the concept of the membership.
- The renewal special gift(s) will be provided 30 days after the date of your purchase. This schedule is subject to change.

- Return & Exchange Request
- You can request return or exchange by going to My > Orders > Order Details OR using Customer Service center.
- Return & Exchange Period
- The shopper can withdraw by cancelling within 7 days of purchasing the products.
- However, return or exchange due to a change of mind will be denied outright.
- In case of product defects, only the exchanges are allowed within 3 months of receiving the products or within 30 days or discovering the defects.
- Return & Exchange Cost
- After the period of withdrawal, cancellation or return will be denied.
- In case of returns due to product defects, wrong delivery, or shipping issues, the seller is responsible for and must pay the shipping fee for the product(s) returned.
- Grounds for Denying Return & Exchange
- This product goes into production once the order is made. Please note that it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind after the period eligible for withdrawal.
- Compensation for Consumer Damages and Refund Delays
- All matters regarding returns, exchanges, warranty, refunds, quality guarantee, compensations, and more are processed in accordnace with the standards of consumer dispute resolution.
- Terms and conditions, and the procedure of compensation regarding payment refunds and refund delays are processed in accordance with the Act On The Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce, Etc.
