Albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of GFRIEND 10th Anniversary < Season of Memories > at Olympic Hall, Olympic Park from Fri, January 17, 2025 to Sun, January 19, 2025 (KST). You can pre-purchase the albums on Weverse Shop to pick them up at the site. Please check below for details.

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → GFRIEND (GLOBAL) → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For GFRIEND Special Album [Season of Memories], you can purchase up to 12. 

- For GFRIEND Special Album [Season of Memories] (Glass Bead ver.), you can purchase up to 1 per account.

- For [回:Walpurgis Night], you can purchase up to 4. 

- For [回:Song of the Sirens], you can purchase up to 4. 

Special Gifts for Pick Up Customers 

※ Buy 1 GFRIEND Special Album [Season of Memories] and get 1 Weverse pick-up exclusive unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 6). 

Please Note (Special Gift)

- GFRIEND Special Album [Season of Memories] (Glass Bead ver.), [回:Walpurgis Night] and [回:Song of the Sirens] are not eligible for the special gift.

- Minuscule scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Scratches of 5mm or less, minor scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

- The special gifts provided for pick up customers of GFRIEND Special Album [Season of Memories] may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase the album on GFRIEND Weverse Global when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the GFRIEND 10th Anniversary < Season of Memories > venue and pick them up at the venue.

The albums may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pick-up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

A refund may be issued if there’s insufficient stock for an exchange and the same album version and the same special gift with the same member’s image will be provided for exchanges. (You cannot choose the version of the special gift.)

If a special gift is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new one only at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
