We are sorry to inform you that JINU has tested positive for COVID-19. The fansign will be carried out with 3 WINNER members-YOON, MINO, and HOONY. 

We kindly ask for your understanding of the changes in the fansign event.

※ This fansign event will be carried out in compliance with the South Korean government's social distancing guidelines.

※ You will not be allowed to enter the venue before or after the venue admission time. You will not be allowed to enter the venue once the fansign event starts. 

※ You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband to re-enter the venue.  

Fansign Autographed Album

One of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the end ends.

[Admission Process]

1. The name, the photo, and the date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if the information of your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

2. International participants can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passport.

3. The raffle winner QR code will be checked, when we’re verifying your identity before entering the venue. A picture of the QR code will not be accepted. Please open your Weverse app and show us the QR code on Weverse when the staff asks for your QR code. 

4. You will be denied entry if you lost your wristband or your fansign order number ticket.

5. You will not be allowed to leave/re-enter the venue once you enter, except for bathroom breaks. You will need to show your wristband and/or your fansign number ticket to re-enter the venue.  

[Please Note (When you’re participating in the fansign)]

1. Only the raffle winners can participate in the fansign event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future.

2. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced along with the winners. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.  

3. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artist(s), and signed only on the album. 

4. Please understand that you are not allowed to give gifts to the artist at this fansign. (If you try to give gifts, the staff will hand them back to you immediately.)

5. Requests for personal messages are not allowed for this fansign event.

6. You are prohibited from video-recording or voice-recording while you get your album autographed. Please leave your mobile phones, cameras, recording devices and other digital devices in the waiting area. The staff will check to see if you have mobile phones and recording devices (including Bluetooth earphones and smartwatches), and if such devices are found on you, the staff will seize the device’s memory to wipe it and escort you off the premises.

7. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate custom duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

8. Fans who violate fanclub etiquette may be restricted from participating in the fansign, or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the subscribers of the artist’s Global Official Fanclub Membership.

[ COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Fansign ] 

1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the fansign, or released from quarantine prior to the fansign to be allowed to participate in the fansign.

2. There will be transparent partitions between you and the artist. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and out of the fansign event. If you do not  observe these guidelines, you may be escorted out of the premises.  

3. You will be escorted out of the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, or consume food (other than water) inside the venue. You will not be allowed to cancel your purchases or request refunds if you are escorted off the premises for your inappropriate behavior. Please remember to wear your mask during the fansign!

4. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event.

5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
