- You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The online membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the online membership card image will remain unchanged.
- If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL) for an artist, their renewal periods vary depending on the respective purchase dates of each membership.
