[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

[Winner Guidelines]

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their raffle numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

4. One album will be provided on-site for the autograph and deducted from the winner’s original order. Version selection is not available. Autographs are strictly limited to the provided album. Signing any other items is prohibited; unauthorized items will be confiscated.

- If the raffle winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed album is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed album being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

5. Autographs on any other components, including but not limited to photocards, postcards, or sticky notes, are not permitted. Winners are prohibited from bringing other items onto the stage. Please be advised that staff will check your album before the event begins.

6. For the [To.] part, only your real name in Korean or English is allowed. Modifiers (adjectives), drawings, or P.S. messages are not allowed.

7. Only one sticky note (one question) is permitted per winner. Please prepare your question in advance. On-site staff will review all questions and requests on your sticky note before the signing. If the content includes unauthorized requests or is deemed inappropriate, staff may ask you to change the question or may prohibit it entirely.

* Questions must be related to the artist and formatted as Yes/No, A/B (two-choice), or multiple-choice (max 5 options) questions.

* Questions regarding the artist’s private life, personal questions about the winner, open-ended or short-answer questions, and questions that pressure the artist into a specific response are prohibited. Requests to draw or write messages on the signing page or any other personal items are also not allowed.

8. Skin scribbling, applying stickers, direct hand contact, or any other physical contact is strictly prohibited.

9. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

10. You may prepare small props for the artist (e.g., headbands, hats, or accessories) and hand them to the on-site staff. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The props will be returned to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.

11. Flowers, confetti, firecrackers, and bubble makers are not allowed at the venue.

12. Bringing in or consuming any food and beverages (including in the lobby and seating areas) is prohibited, with the exception of bottled water.

13. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation, and you may be escorted off the premises.

14. You can take photos and videos from your seat during the fansign event. However, filming or recording while waiting for your turn or on the stage, and asking the artist to pose for a selfie or an instant photo (Polaroid), are not allowed. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave.

15. Live broadcasting is strictly prohibited at the fansign event. If caught, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, regardless of whether you have received your autograph.

16. Selfie sticks and tripods may only be set up within your assigned seat area. Use of flash, AF assist beams, or strobe lights is not allowed when taking pictures.

17. Violation of the event guidelines or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward artists or on-site staff may result in immediate denial of entry or participation, as well as restrictions or being asked to leave, without prior notice. These rules apply equally to all winners.
