[What to Bring]

- A physical ID with a photo must be presented to the staff during the identity verification process. Please be sure to prepare your ID to participate in the event.

* Please read through the information provided below in advance to prepare an ID or a document for identity verification.

(If you fail to bring an ID for verification, and/or if the name on your photo ID does not match the name of the applicant, event participation will be denied.)

※ What is a valid photo ID?

* Minors with South Korean nationality: South Korean Youth Card, passport, student ID (elementary school, middle school, high school) or national certificate with an ID photo and date of birth

* Adults with South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

* Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

- Student IDs (including college student ID) will not be accepted unless you are a minor with South Korean nationality.

- For those with nationalities other than South Korea, the English name used to apply for the event must be the same as the English name on your ID. Please note that the name used for the event application must match the name on your ID or passport.

- The ID must include the date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

- The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the event application. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

- All IDs must not be expired to be considered valid.

- If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

- An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

- If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

- When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

[Autographed Album]

- TREASURE 4th MINI ALBUM [NEW WAV] RED VER. or ICE VER. will be autographed by the artist and only the designated page within the album will be autographed. (You cannot choose which version gets autographed.)

- The album will be handed to you directly after getting all autographs. (You cannot get the autograph on albums you personally brought to the venue, photocards, or other items included in the album.)

* If the winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase within 2 weeks after the event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed album will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. Please bring a valid photo ID for the identity verification process that will be held before going on stage. If the name on your photo ID does not match the name you entered, participation will not be allowed.

2. Your seat will be designated at the venue on the day of the event. After you have completed your identity verification process, you will enter a draw and draw your own seat. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event.

3. Only the winner may participate in the event.

4. The winnings for this event cannot be received by proxy, transferred to others, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.)

5. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their winner numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

6. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

7. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person.

8. Live broadcasting through social media channels (Instagram Live, YouTube Live, etc.) is strictly prohibited at the fansign event. If you're caught, you'll be asked to leave the venue.

9. Changing seats during the event in any way is strictly prohibited. If you fail to follow these guidelines, you may be asked to leave the venue. Please stay in your assigned seat.

10. Giving gifts to the artist during the fansign is not permitted. (You cannot bring a gift to the stage. If you try to bring an item to the artist, it will be immediately returned to you at the site.)

11. You will not be able to make requests to the artist to wear fansign props (hairband, glasses, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) while getting your autograph.

12. You are allowed to bring small props for photos and videos and hand them over to the staff during the ID verification process to be provided to the artist. Please note, however, that artists may not be able to use the props you have prepared depending on the circumstances. The props will be returned to you when you exit the venue after the fansign ends. Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.

13. Do not attempt to contact or touch the artist directly.

14. Do not make any personal remarks to the artists when it is not your turn.

15. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording during the event. Please leave your smartphone, camera, recorder, and any electronic device in the waiting area.

16. If you bring a smartphone or any recording device (including Bluetooth earphones and smartwatches), the staff will inspect them. If any violation of the guidelines is found, the memory card will be collected and the content will be deleted. Then you will be asked to leave the venue.

17. Stickers, brooches, and direct drawing on the skin are not allowed to prevent damage to clothing and skin problems.

18. Please refrain from making unreasonable demands to the artists or causing disruptions during the event. If you display inappropriate behavior toward the artists or staff, you may be subject to penalties and removal from the venue, as well as restrictions on participating in future events.
