Merch Details

You can view the product available for pick-up from the “PICK-UP” > “pookie Zone in LA” category page. 

Purchase Period (PDT): 

- Tuesday, June 17, 6:00 PM - until sold out

Pick-Up Date and Time (PDT): 

- Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:30 PM PDT

Pick-Up Zone Location: Entry Gate 9B at YouTube Theater in Inglewood, CA

How to Purchase Membership Merch for on-site pick-up at the pookïe ZONE in Los Angeles.

1. Purchase pookïe MEMBERSHIP here (If you are an existing MEMBERSHIP holder, skip this step) 

2. Purchase the merch here.

3. Check the pick-up QR code on the order detail page within Weverse App. 

4. Present your QR code to the staff when at the pookïe ZONE, and pick up your merch. 

* For a smooth pick-up process, please save your exchange ticket and order history after making your purchase. Internet access may be limited at the concert venue.

Important Notice Regarding On-Site Pick-up Purchase

- No order cancellation is allowed after the purchase.

- We will be unable to ship or make a refund for purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours.Your order will be automatically canceled after the event ends. 

- Sales may end early when inventory is exhausted.

- All transactions are made in USD.

- Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as purchases are picked up without identity verification.

- Exchange due to product defects can only be provided on-site at the venue, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

Shipping Information

- For shipping to P.O. Box, you must use USPS Ground Advantage shipping option during the checkout.

- We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

- Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

- Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

- Tax and delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas.
