The event winners will receive a separate message on their ZOOM ID detailing how to move forward with the fan sign starting 5 business days before the event date.

※ You are free to choose the device to use for the video call fan sign, but we suggest that you prepare a desktop PC equipped with a camera if possible.

※ Please make sure to have your ZOOM app updated to its latest version before the event. Otherwise, there may be difficulties in connecting the video call.

※ Please accept the friend request by following the procedure below within Zoom Workplace.

- If you provide incorrect information, including your ZOOM ID and contact details, when applying for the event

- If you fail to receive the notice message for not adding the Weverse account to your ZOOM account until the video call fan sign event ends

[Video Call Fan Sign and Shipping Details]

- The autographed paper will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of album purchase.

* Autographed papers for winners will be shipped within four weeks after the video call fan sign event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error listed below, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons.

* The recipient is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be charged by the local carrier when the autographed paper is shipped to the United States. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period may result in your autographed paper being returned or discarded locally, in which case you will not be able to receive it again. This notice is subject to change depending on the event's progress or results.

* Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed paper may be delayed due to weather conditions.

* The autographed paper will be shipped via INNOMAS (a designated logistics partner).

[Winner Guidelines]

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced on Event Entries page.

2. Event instructions will be sent via ZOOM message before the video call begins. Please prepare your smart device or PC with a camera and wait for your turn. Learn how to receive video calls before this event. Make sure your device has enough battery and that your network is stable. Try to find a quiet environment where you can be alone to receive the video call.

3. Before the video call with the artist, your identity will be verified by staff. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance. Your valid photo ID must show your name, your photo, and the date of your birth. If the information does not match the information you submitted for the event, your video call fan sign participation will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.

4. If your video call is not connected after two attempts, the next winner will proceed, and one final attempt will be made after their turn. If you are unavailable again, it will be considered a no-show, and no further attempts will be made.

[Video Call Fan Sign Etiquette]

※ Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.

1. Only the event winners can participate in the video call (1 video call for 1 participant). If the receiver of the video call is not the event winner, or if two or more people are on the receiver’s screen, your video call fan sign participation will be denied, and the video call may be terminated.

2. Please be careful not to take the following actions. If you fail to comply, your video call fan sign participation will be denied or the video call may be terminated.

- Calling the event staff

- Closing the video call window during your video call

3. Foul language, profanity, insults, and other inappropriate actions are not allowed. Please observe good manners to show your support for the artist.

4. The event winners can choose either the name they used to apply for the event or their nickname for autographs. You cannot mix your name and nickname. Once you make a selection, the same name will be used for all autographs by all members. If your nickname contains inappropriate words or phrases, the staff may restrict its use.

5. Please do not make requests to the artists to autograph the album with a different message other than your name submitted for the event. Inappropriate actions or requests with which the artists may be uncomfortable will result in the forced conclusion of your video call.

6. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for other participants.

7. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fan sign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. Streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.

8. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the event winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
