Attendees will participate in the SOUND CHECK alongside the SOUND CHECK ticket holders; however, the operation standards, including participation methods and seating areas, will differ. Please check the individual notices for more information on participation methods and precautions.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guideline will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

* Location: Main Stadium, Goyang Sports Complex

* SOUND CHECK admission will begin approximately 90 minutes prior to the SOUND CHECK event. For further concert details, please refer to the following notice.

* This concert is an outdoor event and all seats are reserved.

* This concert will take place even in the event of rain, and raincoats will be distributed on-site in case of rain. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available on the day of the concert due to a change of mind, even in the event of rain. However, the concert may be suspended or canceled if weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of the audience and the integrity of the event.

[Weverse Global SOUND CHECK Check-in Time]

- ID verification & ticket pickup location: North Square from the Main Stadium, Goyang Sports Complex

* Winner verification numbers are for identity verification and are not given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive within your assigned check-in time and prepare for identity verification.

* The event winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats during the event in any way is strictly prohibited.

* If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

* Seats will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

* Admission time is subject to change based on the circumstances at the venue.

[Weverse Global SOUND CHECK Event Admission]

1. Viewing areas for the event winners will be designated separately from regular SOUND CHECK ticket holders. During the identity verification process, both your ticket and a wristband will be distributed. Seats will be assigned entirely at random. For everyone’s safety, changing seats or moving to a different location during the event is strictly prohibited. The wristband provided during identity verification must be worn at all times until the event concludes. Please note that lost or damaged wristbands and tickets cannot be reissued.

※ This concert will be held on a 360-degree stage, with no designated front stage location. Due to the characteristics of the stage, even if your seat is not classified as a restricted view seat, your view may be partially obstructed by stage structures/equipment depending on the production situation and the artist's position.

2. Weverse Global SOUND CHECK event winners will be guided to the exit once the SOUND CHECK event concludes. Re-entry will be required for those holding tickets to the main performance.

※ The venue has wheelchair-accessible seating areas. Wheelchair seating for Weverse Global SOUND CHECK event winners will be assigned from the available accessible sections, excluding those already reserved during general ticketing. The location of the wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be checked on the seating map.However, the exact location of your seat within the wheelchair-accessible seating areas is determined on the day of the concert, taking views and safety into account, so you will be able to find out your exact location after collecting your ticket and entering the venue.

- The wheelchair area is an open space without fixed seating, reserved exclusively for attendees using wheelchairs. One companion may also attend and sit within this area.

- To collect tickets and enter wheelchair-accessible seating, both a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and a valid ID must be presented on-site. All identification must be provided in physical form; copies, screenshots, or photos will not be accepted. Admission will be denied if these documents are not presented. Please find more details on the “What is a valid photo ID?” section below.

- The responsibility for providing the required identification rests entirely with the attendee. Refunds on the day of the event are unavailable for any failure to present the necessary physical documents for admission.

[Weverse Global SOUND CHECK Event Winner Guidelines]

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

1. According to Weverse Company’s policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, you must be 14 years old or older on the day of the event application to participate in the event. Those under 14 on the application date are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected.

3. The ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied admission.

4. The event may be recorded in videos by BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

5. Depending on the filming, participants' faces and voices may be recorded in the content. By participating in this event, you will be considered to have granted indefinite permission to use the content. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.

6. The wristband and ticket cannot be reissued regardless of them being lost, damaged, or stolen, and entry will be denied if you fail to present a wristband and ticket, regardless of the reason.

7. Refunds will not be granted on the day of the concert for reasons of delays in entry due to a crowded venue and booths. Please arrive at the venue and visit the booth with plenty of time to spare, and enter early to prevent any delays.

Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. To prevent disruptions and ensure safety, please follow the instructions of our staff for late admission. To ensure the best experience for all, please arrive and complete your check-in during the scheduled window noted in the announcement.

8. You must remain in your designated area and watch the concert from your assigned seat.

9. Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), pets, flowers, or balloons into the venue is prohibited.

10. All copyright infringements, including but not limited to taking photos and videos, voice recording, audio and video live-streaming, are strictly prohibited. You cannot bring any electronic devices that can record audio and/or video, except your mobile phone. If any prohibited activities are discovered (including the use of your mobile phone), you will be asked to leave the venue after deleting all recordings. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded even if you are asked to leave.

11. Please refrain from activities that may disrupt the viewing experience of other audience members. Follow staff instructions if you are found engaging in such activities.

12. Prohibited activities that violate concert rules or interfere with staff duties may be audio or video recorded to maintain order. Recorded files will be discarded 30 days after the concert.

13. Please take care of your valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to negligence.

14. Parking is unavailable at the venue on the day of the event, and heavy traffic is expected in the area. As the admission process may take significant time, we strongly encourage you to use public transportation and arrive with plenty of time to spare. Please note that refunds will not be granted for delays in admission caused by traffic or parking issues. The organizers, hosts, ticketing agencies, and the venue bear no responsibility for such delays.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found in Event Entries page in BTS Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

[What to Bring]

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applied. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.
