* For latecomers, check-in will be carried out for 10 minutes after check-in is complete for all numbers.

* Please do not wait in areas other than those designated so as not to cause inconveniences for others visiting the theater.

* The on-site staff may intervene if you are found waiting in areas other than those designated.

[Seating]

* Your ticket will be distributed during the identity verification process. The seats will be randomly assigned. You may not change your seat or switch your seat with someone else during the event.

[Please Note (Admission process)]

1. The name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID will be checked before entering the venue. You will be restricted from entering the venue if the information on your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry on Weverse Shop. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID for verification.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the raffle, you will be denied admission.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

2. International raffle winners can only be verified with the English name on their passports or Residence Card.

3. In the admission process, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your Weverse app ready at the site.

4. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband and your order number ticket.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse/Weverse Shop account.

※ This event is subject to changes and cancellations.

※ It is up to the winner to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The event is available for those 14 years and older. (Must be born on or before October 30, 2009) Those under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the wristband distribution may take a long time.

3. The admission ticket cannot be claimed by or transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the instructions of the staff members for admission.

5. After the screening of "Jimin's Production Diary," you are allowed to take photos and videos when you are sitting in your seat at the venue. You are not allowed to take photos or videos during the screening. If you do, the on-site staff may intervene.

6. The seats will be randomly assigned at the venue on the day of the event. You may not change your seat or switch your seat with someone else during the event. If you choose not to cooperate with the on-site staff, you may be escorted off the premises.

7. If you change your seat or set up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, you may be escorted off the premises.

8. You can leave the venue only after the end of the event. Any friction with security, such as leaving early, can result in disadvantages such as restricted entry. We kindly ask for your cooperation and to follow the instructions of the on-site staff for a safer and more pleasant experience.

9. It is very dangerous to do things like running into the artist's commuting vehicles. If you are found doing so, you will be prohibited from participating in future BTS events. We ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.

10. You may not hand over a letter or a gift to the artist at the venue.

11. If you're found transferring the raffle winning or the admission ticket to another person, all distributed items and your wristband will be retrieved by the staff. Also, both you and the recipient will get penalties.

12. We are not responsible for damages resulting from you sharing your own account information or others misusing your shared information. Please keep your account information safe.

13. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

14. Please avoid using flashing lights or excessive LED light sticks at the venue, as they may cause discomfort to other fans around you. Failure to comply may result in staff intervention.

15. The event may be recorded in videos by BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

16. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.
