Changes to Weverse Shop (Formerly Weply) 'Album Release Event in Seoul' for BTS 4th Album

Hello from Weverse Shop.

We would like to update you on the changes regarding the 'Album Release Event in Seoul' for BTS 4th Album and the event schedule.

From the offline event that was planned earlier, the event will be now changed to a giveaway event for the raffle winners, who each will receive a personalized video message, a signed album, and the special souvenir.

The current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 has led to this decision, as we could not easily estimate when the offline event can be held. Furthermore, we could not keep you all waiting for the updates on the event any longer.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, and we ask for your kind understanding as we considered the safety of each and everyone in deciding to change the nature of our event.

- Raffle period: 7 February 2020, 12 PM ~ 20 February 2020, 11:59 PM (KST)

- Winner announcement: 19 June 2020, 1 PM (KST)

- Results will be available on the BTS 'Events' on Weverse Shop GLOBAL

- Number of winners: 300 (Based on the order recipient name/Cannot be transferred or sold to another person)

* Please Note

1. Raffle winners will receive a confirmation email, which must be replied. Failure to reply will mean you forfeit the winning raffle.

2. Signed CD, the video message, and the special souvenir will be delivered in August, and each prize may be delivered on different dates. Exact dates will be announced in the future.

3. The name on the signed CD will be 'the name entered for the raffle'. To prevent any form of transfer or sale of the winning raffle, 'the name entered for the raffle' cannot be changed.

4. Signed CD will be delivered to the address linked to the order number that won the raffle. If you wish to change the address, please contact Weverse Shop Customer Service.

5. [MAP OF THE SOUL : 7] will be signed and the album version will be random.

6. The video message will be recorded and delivered to you. Information on how it will be delivered will be announced in the future.

7. More information about each raffle prize will be provided together with the winner announcement via email for the raffle winners.

8. The email to confirm the winning raffle will be sent to the email address of Weverse Shop account.
