Thank you everyone for entering ENHYPEN 1st Studio Repackage Album, DIMENSION : ANSWER Video Call Fansign raffle.

Video Call Fansign Raffle Winners: The winners will be notified individually.
The video call fansign will proceed in the order of the event application.
Go to ENHYPEN Weverse and tap More(···) button on the top right > ENHYPEN event application page.
* Raffle prize: One-on-one Video Call Fansign + Signed CD
* Fansign Date: Tue. February 22, 2022, 8:00 pm (KST)
Please note that the fansign date has been changed from Sat. February 19 ▶ Tue. February 22.
* Event channel: KakaoTalk (With KakaoTalk ID submitted for raffle entry)
* Fansign process: One-on-one fansign meeting for designated time with each ENHYPEN member (members are allotted identical time)
* Shipping date for the signed album: One album out of the pre-ordered albums will be signed and delivered after the fansign (Random album version)

1. The order of video calls will be based on the order announced with the raffle winners. The event details will be sent to you via KakaoTalk message before the event starts. Please wait for your turn and make sure that your network is stable.
2. Before receiving the video call, we will verify your identity. Please have your valid photo ID ready. Upon verification, the name, date of birth, and photo on your ID will be checked. If the information does not match with your information with the raffle, fansign participation will be denied.

Only IDs stipulated below are valid, and you must bring a physical ID with you. (Copy of the ID, photo of the ID not allowed)
- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Certification of alien registration
* Those who submit Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.
3. Only the raffle winners can participate in the video call, and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If the participant is not the raffle winner or if two or more people participate in the fansign, the video call will end prematurely.
4. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call may end prematurely. Please read and understand the fansign etiquette before participating. If the participant commits foul language, profanity, and insults, or other inappropriate actions, the video call will end prematurely.
5. If the video call connection fails twice, the next raffle winner will start his/her turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.
6. To make sure that the event runs smoothly, please do not call the event organizers.
7. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff.
8. The event process may become difficult if the participants' device runs out of battery or the network is unstable. Please check the battery and network before participating.
9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to BELIFT LAB INC. (The information of raffle applicants will be discarded within 7 days after the event has ended, and the information of raffle winners will be retained for a year.)
10. Participants cannot personally own, sell, or upload the video, image, and voice content of the fansign by recording or screen-capturing the video call. You cannot make transactions, sell, or upload the content on a personal social media account. Live-streaming the video call or recording with other devices is not permitted. If you are found to be committing the violations above, the video call will be concluded, and the organizers will proceed to destroy the content.
11. If you are found to be duplicating, transferring, or selling the invitation, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied entry to all events with ENHYPEN in the future.
12. The event is subject to change and cancelation without prior notice.
[ Video Call Fansign Etiquette ]
Failure to follow the etiquette will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
1. This event will be carried out with the name you submitted to the raffle, and you can get signs from members with [TO. Your name] format only.
2. Please note that we do not hold a post-it Q&A session during the event in order for you to better focus on the conversation with members within the limited time frame.
3. Make sure that video call is held in a quiet, noiseless environment in which the participant is the only person present. Watch out for noise or other individuals appearing in the video call.
4. Have the mobile device or PC ready and wait for your turn for a smooth fansign process. Read over the guide on how to KakaoTalk Video Call and check the network connection.
5. Foul language, profanity, and insults, and other inappropriate actions are restricted. Please observe good manners.
6. Do not make requests which the artists may feel uncomfortable with. Requesting artists to do inappropriate actions will result in the forced conclusion of the video call.
7. Conclude the conversation once the video call time ends. Please respect the time allocated for all the participants (90 seconds for each member).
8. Do not leave the video call or kick out the artists during the fansign. You can exit after you finish the video call with all members, and the participant will not be reconnected to the video call if he/she leaves the video call during the fansign.
