Emblem Details

• All customers who ordered the < BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR : Celebration of The 8th Anniversary > on Weverse shop from May 6, 2021 (KST) to May 31, 2021 (KST) will receive the emblems.
• *Details: < BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR : Celebration of The 8th Anniversary > “'Countdown Emblems”' as well as video clips and photos of artists
• Video clips will be given 3 times (English, Japanese, and Mandarin subtitles available).
• Artist photos will be given twice.
• *You can find your emblems in My NX on Weverse Shop. Please note that you can watch the video and photos by tapping on the emblem.
•  (Open Weverse Shop > My > My NX > Rewards)
• *Open Schedule: Emblems will be given on 5 different dates (June 1, 5PM / June 4, 5PM / June 7, 5PM / June 10, 5PM / June 13, 11AM (KST))
• The emblems including video clips and photos will be given to your Weverse Shop account that the purchase has been made or verified with.
• The emblems will be given only to customers who do not cancel or request for a refund after the purchase that was made within the valid period. In case of the purchase being canceled or refunded, the emblems will be retrieved from your Weverse shop account immediately.

Purchase Details

• You can buy up to 2 per product.
• The cancellation of an order may be restricted depending on your order status.
• Specifications of the merch are identical regardless of the distribution channel (Weverse Shop, BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL SHOP, UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE) 
• Product size and content are subject to change due to certain situations that may arise from the manufacturer.
• Outbox is a shockproof to protect the merch and may be discolored or scratched.
• BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR : Celebration of The 8th Anniversary emblems and artists' videos/pictures will be given out to the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the merch during the event period or the Wevere Shop account verified to have purchased the merch during the event period.
• Emblems will be given out to customers who do not cancel/return < BTS FESTA D-DAY CALENDAR : Celebration of The 8th Anniversary> during the event period. When you cancel/return the order after receiving the emblem, the emblem may be withdrawn.

Shipping Information

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box.
• Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
• Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Tax and delivery surcharge may apply to certain areas.

※ DELAYED OR LOST SHIPPING can occur if you enter the WRONG ADDRESS. Please make sure the address is correct since it is impossible to ship the limited edition product again, as it can’t be manufactured additionally.
