How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → &TEAM (GLOBAL) → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit 

- You can purchase up to 20 per album.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Unreleased Selfie Photocard Details 

- You can get Weverse Shop-exclusive unreleased selfie photocards (1 per album purchased, random out of 9 versions) only when you purchase the albums on-site.

- Buy [First Howling : NOW] (1st Album) and get 1 TYPE A photocard (random 1 out of 9 versions)

- Buy [First Howling : WE] (2nd EP) and get 1 TYPE A photocard (random 1 out of 9 versions)

- Buy 1st SINGLE [Samidare] and get 1 TYPE A photocard (random 1 out of 9 versions)

- Buy 2nd SINGLE [Aoarashi] and get 1 TYPE B photocard (random 1 out of 9 versions)

- TYPE A photocards and TYPE B photocards feature different images.

Please Note

Weverse members will be able to purchase the album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2024 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR ‘SECOND TO NONE' IN SEOUL venue and pick them up at the venue.

The albums may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective. 

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on weverse shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
