The albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of 2024 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR 'FIRST PAW PRINT', at KBS ARENA on Sat. February 17, 2024, and Sun. February 18, 2024. You can purchase and pick up the albums on-site. Please check below for details.

How to Buy Official Albums on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse Shop → &TEAM (GLOBAL) → Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- You can purchase up to 20 albums per person.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Special Gift Details

- You can get Weverse Shop-exclusive unreleased photocards only when you purchase the albums on-site (1 photocard per album). The photocard you receive will be randomly selected (random 1 out of 9 versions).

- The photocards for &TEAM 1st Album [First Howling : NOW] and &TEAM 2nd EP [First Howling : WE] feature different images.

Scratch Coupon Event

- You can get scratch coupons only when you purchase the albums on-site (1 scratch coupon per 3 albums. For example, you can get 2 scratch coupons by buying 6 albums, and 3 scratch coupons by buying 9 albums).

- The event may end early due to the limited quantity of the prizes.

Event Prize:

- Autographed poster (25 posters)

- Postcards featuring an individual member's official photo (random 2 out of 9 versions, 1000 postcards)

- Logo stickers

Please Note

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the album(s) on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2024 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR 'FIRST PAW PRINT' venue and pick them up at the venue.

The albums may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

You can get 1 scratch coupon per 3 albums you purchase on-site.

Scratch coupons will not be reissued under any circumstances, even when you lose your unused scratch coupons. Photos of scratched coupons will not be accepted.

Scratch coupons must be used on the day they are issued. Unused coupons will not be accepted after the day of issuance.

You are not entitled to compensation for the event prizes if you are unable to participate in the scratch coupon event due to personal circumstances.

Due to limited quantity, the scratch coupon may go out of stock early without prior notice.

The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
