[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s License, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.

* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, a resident registration number (13 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

[Fansign Autographed Album]

One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.

※ Special Gift Shipping

- The purchased CDs will be shipped according to the shipping schedule. The special gift for those who entered the raffle is an image file of an individual member photo (random 1 out of 9 total). The image file will be sent to your Weverse Shop ID (email).

- The raffle participants will receive their special gifts via email. Please make sure your email addresses can receive emails. We are not responsible for losses and damages caused by you not receiving the special gift email due to your own negligence.

-The special gifts for the raffle winners are the autographed CDs and the nine individual selfie photocards (selfies taken at the fansign venue). The raffle winners can pick up the autographed CDs at the offline fansign venue. The photocards will be shipped separately to the address entered for your order(s) after the event ends.

- For the raffle winners, the autographed CD can be picked up at the venue. The raffle winner special gifts will be provided separately after the event ends.

- For the raffle winners that did not attend the fansign, the autographed CD and the special gifts will be shipped to the address entered for your order(s) after the event ends.

- The shipping policies of this event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.

※ Special Gift Exchange / Refund Guideline

- The special gifts are not products for sale, but a gift for those who enter the fansign raffle and those who won the raffle.

- The special gifts for the raffle winners and the raffle participants feature different images.

- Except for when there are significant damages to the special gift, the special gift cannot be exchanged.

- If you wish to return the album, you must return the special gift as well. If you lose the special gift by negligence, you cannot apply for a refund.

[Please Note (When entering the raffle)]

※ This event will be carried out in compliance with the South Korean government's social distancing guidelines. This event is subject to change and cancellation due to COVID-19 and other inevitable circumstances.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. The event is available for 9 years and older. (Must be born before December 31, 2013) Minors under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Only the raffle winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the invitation cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

3. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artist(s), and signed only on the album.

4. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods are strictly prohibited. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises. You may bring up to 1 video-recording or photo-taking device in addition to your cell phone.

5.Please note that gifts and photo props cannot be directly handed to the artists during the fansign due to COVID-19 prevention measures.

6. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while getting your album signed on stage.

7. If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name / first name / address / contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate custom duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

8. The signed albums will be delivered via INNOMAS and Pantos (entrusted by WEVERSE COMPANY).

9. Participants who violate the guidelines and etiquette may be restricted from participating in the event or escorted off the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners.

10. Please refrain from asking for inappropriate favors from the artists and causing disruptions during the event. If you show any inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff, you may be escorted off the premises. Also, you may be restricted from participating in events in the future.

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Venue]

1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the event or be released from quarantine prior to the event to be allowed to participate.

2. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) inside and outside of the event venue. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted off the premises.

3. You will be escorted off the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, or consume food (other than water) inside the venue. Please remember to keep your masks on during the event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

4. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result, you may be restricted from participating in the event.

5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
